Profile guidelines for seller profiles. (This includes information from the "Image_Size_Guidelines" Page, which will now be turned into "Listing Guidelines" with more tips for good listings)
Modified and added information to "Image_Size_Guidelines" to become a general "Listing Guideline" with more tips for good listings
